Carla Terry is our in-house reimbursement expert. Before joining IHA, she prepared and filed the cost report for Bannock Regional Medical Center (her previous employer) from 1991 to 2001. Previous to that job, she audited cost reports for hospitals and nursing homes. She can assist you with developing tools for analyzing your cost centers. Carla also served as a Patient Accounts Manager at Bannock, and can answer your questions about billing and collections.
