Nanette Hiller currently serves as IHA's in-house resource on medical staff credentialing issues. Many critical access hospitals have a formal agreement with IHA to provide on- site review of their credentialing process every two years. All IHA members, however, can use our services for credentialing help. IHA also has prepared model medical staff by-laws which members can adapt to their own particular circumstances.
