Vacancy Calculation: Vacant Positions divided by fulled staffed positions.

Turnover Definition: Turnover occurs when employees leave the organization and have to be replaced.

Turnover Calculation: The number of employee separations between January 2, 2005 and January 1, 2006, divided by total number of employees on 6/30/2005.
