REGISTRATION POLICY:

Registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. five business days prior to the scheduled
event date. All registrations received after this date will be assessed a processing
fee equal to 50 percent of general registration fee (not to exceed $40). This
applies to registrations that are received by mail, phoned in, faxed or submitted
on-line after the stated time period.

If payment has not been received prior to an event and the registrant fails to
attend, or does not cancel within the stated time period, the entire registration
fee in addition to the processing fee will be billed.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
|
|
A non-refundable processing fee equal to 50 percent of the general registration fee
(not to exceed $40) will be retained for all cancellations.
|
|
Cancellations received less than five business days of the scheduled event start date
are non-refundable. All fees associated with an event are forfeited for those who
fail to cancel within the stated time period or fail to attend an event.
|
|
Registrants unable to attend an IHA educational event are permitted and encouraged to
send a substitute at no extra charge.

SHIPPING AND TIMING NOTICE:
|
|
Once IHA receives an event registration or product purchase request, the credit card
provided will then be charged within 3-5 business days.
